Thinner chains are more susceptible to breakages and usually wear down more quickly. Viva Watches can solder and repairs chains and we work with various metal types, including: gold, silver & platinum. Our branch staff will inspect your jewellery for free and provide an estimate for repairs.
Jewellery repairs are completed professionally at our dedicated, main workshop. Our branches will forward your chain onto our goldsmiths for repairs to take place.
We are sure that the best way to impress someone is to engrave their initials on something. Laser engraving services enable to individualize a thing and make it memorable. Viva Watches engraves even if you bought a present elsewhere.
Soldering, Clasps, Bolt Rings, Triggers & More
We repair breakages in chains of all sizes and also offer a range of other services for jewellery. We can fix and replace broken clasps and add / repair bolt rings.
We can repair and place different types of triggers, including lobster and carabina styles. We offer a quick turnaround time for our chain repairs with most repairs being completed within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
You can also post your jewellery item directly into our main workshop by using our post to workshop service. Just fill out a few of your details, send your item(s) into us by registered post and let us take care of the rest. We’ll keep you updated along the way and if you are not happy with the price quoted we will send your chain back to you, postage paid, with our compliments.
